I am a hardworking and disciplined individual, with vast experience in software design and implementation, as well as manufacturing processes in a variety of industries. Over my career, I have been a reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated employee.Over the years I have built up a broad knowledge of manufacturing and service industries, with a key focus of process analysis and design. My ability to understand a process and make improvements has fueled my success. Recently, my time as a Product Manager for a company dealing with bespoke software for manufacturing industries has taught me vital skills, like change management, product development and communication with key stakeholders. My main focus in my most recent role has been business analysis. This is a skill that I have really enjoyed developing and one that I have become quite proficient in. My abilities have helped me to broaden my commercial and business acumen and allowed me to grow as a product manager and business analyst who can lead and support large implementations.Most recently, my role within TS3 has seen me leading large software implementations for local manufacturing businesses. This role has seen me achieve success in new product development for and “end-to-end” software system being implemented in one of the largest transportable housing companies in the country. Interpreting the customer’s requirements and developing viable solutions has been a highlight for me.Over the past 4 years I have played a leading role in developing ideas and solutions for multiple businesses. I have seen these ideas come to fruition though managing implementations and providing extensive user support and training. This has seen me develop my skills in product design, as well as change management. I believe these to be some of the greatest assets I have learnt during my time in my current role.
