Specialist in the Army-Developing leadership skills through leading and instructing serviceman's, fostering teamwork, and managing the health and welfare of those under me. -Understanding the principles of mission command, including mutual understanding between commanders and subordinates, and addressing their concerns-Adapting to different situations and coming up with contingency plans, while maintaining composure. - Developed communication skills, responsibility and accountability for serviceman under me, equipment, safety. Section Commander in BMTC (Basic Military Training Center) -Impart basic soldiering skills and essential knowledge into recruits, helping them mature into competent serviceman. -Managed my personal section of 16 personnel's, and a platoon size of 64~. -Assisted my Platoon Commander in different conducts and platoon activities. -In charge of recruits training morale, safety and mission objective.
