About Dylan Goodelle

Currently, I am a rising fourth-year Information Systems major at the University of Florida. I graduated in August 2024 and am pursuing a master's degree in Information Systems to further enhance my knowledge and expertise in the field. I plan to graduate with my master’s in Information Systems with a concentration in Supply Chain Management in May 2025. As a firm believer that education is a lifelong journey, I consistently seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth. Whether it be within the workplace or in my personal life, I strive to gain new knowledge and skills. Education has always been a deep passion of mine, and my ideal career would allow me to continually evolve, learn, and gain fresh perspectives.Emotional intelligence is a value I find critical in all group environments. Between being the Productions Overall in Dance Marathon and the Director of Recruitment in the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, I have learned the value of a team. I have utilized my knowledge of emotional intelligence to bond with every team I have been a part of. I actively establish bonds with my teammates by taking the time to get to know their strengths, their weaknesses, and their passions. Repeatedly, I've noticed that the team with the strongest relationships among its members is the team that will perform the best. My commitment to fostering these connections consistently contributes to optimal team performance.I am eager to continue my professional journey by learning as much as possible. Therefore, I am interested in a variety of industries: program management, tech sales, and consulting. I'm currently looking for an internship for Summer 2024, and I am open to networking and learning about new career development opportunities. I can be reached at drgoodelle@gmail.com or right here, on LinkedIn. Myers Briggs (ENFJ): Extrovert, Intuitive, Feeling, Judger
