I worked as a project manager and as a product owner (in an agile context) on initiatives which crossed a variety of business areas.

I performed business casing, requirements elicitation and validation, and process design on Salesforce CRM implementation. I prioritised user stories in the CRM project to enable richer and smoother customer journeys.

Provided system support, investigated issues, managed process documentation, and incident communication.

Analysed claims processes to write simple and prescriptive documentation to meet stakeholder requirements.
