Summary of Operational Duties: Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the checkout, testing, and evaluation of theSpace Awareness Global Exploitation (SAGE) system including future software deliveries-Experience with Future OPIR Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE)-Providing feedback for FORGE through the use of Systems and Operator experience-Vcenter/Vsphere working knowledge and troubleshooting for FORGE -Experience in OpenShift for FORGE related troubleshooting-FORGE account management/creation through the use of Jenkins and IDM-FORGE VDI management experience through LEOSTREAM -Provides UNIX system support and maintains OPIR data feeds to SAGE-Ensures proper operations/maintenance of SAGE to include identification of system software/hardware failures-Documents all software problems and follow-ups with accurate resolution-Coordinates fault isolation and restoral of ground station and communications equipment-Distributes critical information to NASA and the scientific community imperative for space awareness and defense-Supports the OPIR mission of 11SWS through assisting mission crews with missile detection

Detects and tracks sea/land launched and intercontinental ballistic missiles using a variety of system peculiar sensors.-SOAR Certified Operator-Certified line instructor: provided on the job training (OJT) for multiple operators in Mission Qualification Training (MQT)-Standards and Evaluations: OBAC Evaluator
