Working for the Samsung Crescent Racing British Superbike team I am the first port of call for current and potential sponsors, as well as responsible for the PR of the team and its riders.In addition to this, I provide PR and Marketing support to Crescent Motorcycles and its dealerships.My role involves:- Writing and distribution of press releases- Defining and carrying out social media strategies- Creation of marketing material for Rizla Suzuki MotoGP and Samsung Crescent Racing- Coordination of sponsor and PR activities- Hosting VIP team guests and sponsors at the track- Organize and manage off-track sponsor activities (track days, exhibition visits, etc.)- Management of event staff- Dealing with event organizers MSV-R (BSB) and Infront (SBK)- Building relationships and with potential new sponsors and coordinating bids

Attend and report on manufacturers' promotional events and press conferences; Write technical, operational, as well as business features on vehicles, manufacturers, operators and events;Effective and fast creation and distribution of news articles, press releases and marketing material to both in-house or external publications;Creation of new magazine concepts – content, layout and graphics;Operate across numerous motoring sectors including automotive, commercial vehicles, motorsport and parts/accessories

Liaison with clients to start up new outsourced recruitment & selection programmes;Creation of marketing publications and corporate presentations;Management of volume recruitment programmes including screening of applications, online testing and candidate administration;Assessment and creation of social media strategies for efficient candidate and client attraction
