Customer Support Manager
CurrentDevelop, implement, and manage all customer support processes and training materials. Lead virtual and in-person onboarding and training sessions for new users.Assist customers in setting up and implementing programs managed in ZoomGrants.Act as the liaison between all customers and the ZoomGrants development team for software bugs and feature requests.Manage and execute full-cycle testing for all features before deployment. Research, vet, and implement software solutions for remote internal team members and external users to improve businesss efficiency. (Google Suite, Copper, FreshDesk, Asana, Slack, etc.).
