I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Human Resource Development. Since graduation, i have been furthering my career as a Store Manager for Cavender's Western Outfitters. In this position I have learned valuable skills in operations management, team-building, merchandising, and problem-solving. In addition to my education, I have held leadership positions in organizations such as Pi Kappa Phi, Order of Omega and the Interfraternity Council. My Involvement in these organizations assisted in developing professional skills such as communication, event coordination, social media marketing, and building personal relationships. An internship at The University of Texas at Tyler also introduced me to certain tasks such as marketing, community involvement, and special event coordination. In this position, I worked closely with committee members and Senior University professionals to coordinate plans for program growth.
