As the HR Manager at CHSS, my role is to manage the delivery of a professional HR Advisory service, to colleagues, managers and key stakeholders which is in line with CHSS HR and organisational policies, procedures and values to support the successful delivery of our No Life Half Lived strategy 23-28I am also a CIPD Level 5 student in People Practice at Edinburgh College, where I am gaining valuable knowledge and skills in HR best practices, employment law, and people management. I am passionate about enhancing employee engagement and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which enable me to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. I am a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments, where I can utilise my exceptional organisational and analytical skills to streamline processes and optimise HR operations.
