Front Of House Staff
My tasks were organizing and bagging To-Go orders, answering phones/taking orders, and cleaning tables in the dining room. As my experience there expanded, so did my role. I began training new employees, teaching the latest front-of-the-house staff the menu and servers included, and teaching the stations to new hires, both host and expo. Management also trusted me to grab the necessary materials we needed, such as alcohol for the bar or general ingredients if the kitchen ran out. By the end of my tenure, I became the guy the staff looked to for answers.
