USMC Intelligence Officer - Deployed26 Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) [26MEU(SOC)]Deployed with the 26th MEU as a Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Officer.Led, mentored, and developed a diverse team of 30 Marines into intelligence professionals, capable of self-sufficient operations and competence.Conducted a 10-month pre-deployment training pipeline and 8-month deployment spanning CENTCOM, EUCOM and AFRICOM. I sustained a deliberate and persistent level of communication with outside support entities for the future integration and employment of our local assets to their various problem sets.Managed the accountability, maintenance, and training for over $40 million of equipment including but not limited to: radio communications systems, computer servers and four tactical vehicles. Developed and executed multiple platoon and Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) training exercises to establish and validate mission readiness through carefully evaluated quality inspections.Ensured open lines of communication internally and externally to maximize the level of integration and logistical dialogue necessary for effective planning and execution.

Hand picked to lead a platoon over seniors and peers in the organization due to proven past performance as maintenance officer and relationship with infantry aligned battalions (2d Light Armored Reconnaissance).Led, developed and mentored a platoon of 40 Marines into intelligence professionals uniquely attached to Light Armored Vehicles.During this role, I was uniquely positioned to seek out and develop employment opportunities by advocating with outside stakeholders for the integration of high demand-low density intelligence teams. Met with internal and external stakeholders to expedite and streamline the induction and repairs process to ensure smooth maintenance periods and precise timelines for the repairs. Achieved success through creating new open lines of communication from the equipment owner and maintenance departments to efficiently plan repairs and set deadlines for parts acquisition. Conducted weekly maintenance meetings with subordinate teams to verify parts acquisition and maintenance needs ultimately saving money from duplicate parts orders and time with monthly operational tests.Completed biennial maintenance inspection from headquarters Marine Corps on the accountability and handling of program of record equipment with zero infractions or findings.
