Over five years of industrial/factory CNC experience and over four years as an automation service technician. Three years of customer service management experience.Experience with Allen Bradley series, Koyo, and Siemens PLCs. Knowledge gained from building various electrical circuit boards/relay logic boards has enhanced my understanding of PLC internal workings.Currently managing and coordinating 25-30 field contractors, technicians, engineers and their tasks on a weekly basis. Using a proprietary program that schedules projects up to 3 years in advance. Most employees schedules were out 12 to 14 weeks. Strong knowledge of schematics, pneumatics, and blueprints.Experience operating various industrial machinery, including marvel mitre saws, lathes, flame cutters, horizontal mills, splicers, rewind, and unwind machines for printing presses.Proficient in operating large mobility machinery and material handling tools such as forklifts, overhead cranes, cherry pickers, and side loaders.Possessing the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, external clients/contractors, directors, and customer representatives. Throughout my experiences, I have demonstrated proficient management skills and provided efficient problem-solving solutions. Currently, I possess extensive knowledge in the fields of steel and its applications, Industrial Automation and assembly implementation and its applications, and expanding my expertise into wastewater management.
