In this role, I am responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure our clients receive their lumber and building materials in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured and communicated to the relevant departments.- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including different types of lumber, building materials, and related accessories, to provide expert advice to customers.- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, managing drivers and team members in the lumber yard to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock.- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
