- Consistently high output and quality, among the top on the team. Developed 337 total logs, including 33 enhancement logs, with 259 important issues fixed. Reviewed 344 logs and wrote 2,340 comments. Documented 61 important issues.- Redesigned the Data Model file format used by Business Intelligence Developers (BIDs) throughout the company from a SQL script to an XML file. Interviewed ~10 BIDs to validate and incrementally improve the format. Created safeguards to ensure a lossless transition, converted the majority of the files, and provided logistical advice to minimize the impact on BIDs.- Fixed a wide variety of issues in specialty areas: SSIS package generation and execution, the SSIS catalog, SQL CLR, SQL code signing, DPAPI, Windows API, Windows Services, MSDTC, PowerShell, and DLL registration.- Independently took the initiative to add and improve on the software where the opportunity presented itself: created a data model generator prototype, reduced the product's installer size by 6X, wrote scripts to collect debugging information to save developer and technical support time, and sped up initial start up tasks by 2.3X.

Took the initiative to write software to automate the conversion of spreadsheets to the desired format to reduce the work burden on the office staff (Java, Apache POI).

Made numerous contributions to an experimental apparatus designed to synthesize a new molecule, specifically:- Created a program to automate the operation of a six-beam Magneto- Optical Trap (LabView).- Wrote software to capture atomic absorption images and then use those images to calculate the temperature of an atomic vapor.- Made a software-based PID controller for use in Dichroic Atomic Vapor Laser Locking.- Built a circuit to allow the user to choose between several analog input voltages via TTL voltages.
