- Ensures compliance with federal regulations of FCC program components, including program rules & procedures, eligibility decisions, and FCC orders, to fund commitments between Service Providers, schools, and libraries through the FCC's E-Rate program. - Analyzes data and daily operational insights to identify trends, manage queue volume, and make recommendations for programmatic changes (SmartSheet, Excel, JIRA).- Supports various data/report/analysis efforts related to data gathering to support requests for service or modifications to program measurements (Tableau).- Integral component of the Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) process to protect against fraud, waste, and abuse of federal funding (E-Rate). - Designed, created, and published curricula for the University’s Center of Humanistic Management- Collaborated with four faculty department chairs to establish, curate, and promote new business school concentrations - Selected to work alongside of the department head and represented student perspectives, to popularize and market new secondary concentrations through student interviews, information sessions, and networking events (increased declaration of select majors by 120%)- Presented on numerous occasions in front of 8 full-time faculty and the business school Dean, outlining the process and outcomes of my work to provide Business Administration students more diverse and desirable classes, majors, and networking opportunities
