Graduate from Farmingdale State College with a degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems. I try to be as well rounded with my IT skills as possible, but my passion leans towards software development. To me, programming is the perfect combination of both logic and creativity. To develop proper software a programmer must think of themselves as the medium between the user's mind and the machine's calculations. Software can and should be designed to be intuitive for a user to understand and for a computer to process. Through this technology we can achieve accomplishments never thought to be possible. I only hope to use my knowledge to contribute to these accomplishments.I have always said that I was born in the perfect time to learn about computer science. It wasn't too long before I was born that the computer was not considered to be a necessary device for the average person. It was also not too long after my childhood that both software and hardware were designed to be intuitive enough to understand without having to really take your time to learn about the devices you are attempting to use. When I was growing up and was fascinated by the family-computer I usually felt like I had to learn everything on my own. My family didn't have much experience using a computer, if any at all. I had to do my own research to learn how to perform tasks ranging from using software for my schoolwork to installing video games. It was this experience that laid the foundation for both my knowledge and passion for all things computing.
