I worked with the Israeli Air Force (IAF) as a representative of the US Air Force to coordinate Air Defense systems logistics and cooperation across the middle east. I was part of a 2-person detached, independently operating team attached to the IAF to provide coordination of joint-international exercises and operations with the US, NATO forces, and middle-eastern militaries. I led a 35-member joint team to conduct 14 international exercises, and served as the direct liaison to the IAF for 8 US-Israeli real-world operations.

I was the senior weapons operation test and evaluation engineer for a US fighter aircraft systems. I managed a $9.6B aircraft upgrade portfolio and created test strategy briefs and master plans for test and evaluation in order to establish the operational test program objectives and activities for the next 5 years.

I was the senior program manager to manage all in-bound units/organizations to Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. I coordinated all required support for new units, to include: contract establishment, logistical support for airlift and vehicle transportation, building lease agreements, establishment of computer and technology systems setup, defined security requirements for new units, and housing of personnel.

I conducted CFD analysis of experimental flight test vehicles to determine flight stability and characteristics prior to open air flight test. I developed tools to automate flight vehicle CFD analysis. While working at AFRL, I also served as the program manager for aircraft drag reduction technologies, working closely with international business partners, US industry partner PPG, and University of Wyoming to mature the technologies for implementaion on US Air Force fleet aircraft.
