Dylan Howard, a Shareholder in the Firm’s Atlanta office, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Responsible for representing Fortune 500 mortgage lender clients as well as title insurers and clients in related industries in matters in state and federal court involving construction, regulatory compliance for lenders, title clearance, real estate foreclosure, mortgage servicing and mortgage fraud civil prosecution and defense. Responsible for providing independent case management. Specific responsibilities include representing clients at TRO and dispositive hearings, conducting bench trials and drafting through all stages of litigation.

Member of trial practice group representing a diverse clientele in a wide range of matters including complex business litigation in state and federal court as well as family and estate litigation. Responsible for providing direct support to commercial litigation partner and for independent case management. Specific commercial litigation activities include drafting pleadings, written discovery and dispositive motions, taking fact-witness depositions, conducting hearings for both plaintiffs and defendants and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution.
