Clinical Coordinator
Current• Manage the clinical components of the therapeutic community, including but not limited to case consultation, treatment plans, behavioral interventions, chart auditing, family planning, and discharge planning;• Supervise 3 direct reports from both milieu staff and clinical staff;• Maintain a caseload of up to 8 residential clients and 4 intensive outpatient clients, including individual sessions, treatment planning, family sessions, and discharge planning;• Facilitate 2-3 1.5-hour weekly inpatient psychoeducation and processing groups (~15-25 clients), including the following topics: CBT, DBT, family concepts, co-occurring disorders, and gender identity;• Facilitate 1-2 3-hour weekly intensive outpatient psychoeducation group (~5-10 clients), including the following topics: family concepts, CBT, early recovery skills, and discharge planning;• Develop and maintain curriculum of 8-12 sessions for group psychoeducation sessions, including the following topics: CBT, DBT, family concepts, and gender identity;• Train new and junior staff/interns on program policies, procedures, and counseling/case management practices;• Maintained the structure of the treatment program through holding clients accountable to the rules and policies, providing for the logistical needs of clients, and other duties as assigned;• Attended regular trainings provided by New Bridge and obtain continuing education credits as needed for licensure
