I appear as defence counsel in criminal and quasi-criminal matters in Victoria and interstate. Prior to being called to the Bar, I was an Associate to Her Honour Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis at the County Court of Victoria. I also worked as a solicitor at a criminal defence firm. Outside of the Bar, I lecture at the University of Melbourne, and I am also completing my Master of Laws at the Australian National University. I have volunteer experience with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and various community legal centres. I regularly work interstate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander legal services including the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA), and the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia (ALSWA).
