The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems on a national level for all subsidiaries and premises.The Key Performance Areas of the position are as follows:• Ensure compliance with all the implemented ISO standards - 9001:2015 - 14001:2015 - 45001:2018• Ensure compliance with the OHS Act regulations• Ensure annual certification of all ISO standards by an external auditor and that certifications are maintained for all areas in the Villa Group.• Improve the ISO system by helping with regular training on the system and doing internal audits.• Ensure all Legal compliances are in place and renewed yearly or as indicated.• Ensure that the respective Safety Health Committees remain functional and engaged.• Investigate Incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent any re-occurrences.• Maintain a high standard of SHEQ compliance in all areas of the business by doing regular SHEQ inspections and making sure corrective actions are implemented.• Implement strategies to promote workplace safety awareness and compliance.
