Characterized as independent and a problem solver. The best work environment for me is one where I can work by myself and stay busy. But I know my way around social interaction and am extroverted when communicating with others. I choose to do things that build a good reputation for myself but stay away from things that limit my growth. I like to create opportunities for myself and don't shy away from a good challenge. This is seen in my work done at our family fireworks stand. Since 16, I've taken on the challenges of figuring out how to develop our business and work directly in the process of ordering and handling inventory. I have a passion for self-development and growth. I like to focus on doing things that develop my character and my skill set.I've always found communication to be the foundation of any skill or relationship developed. I've furthered my communication skills by participating in speech and debate. Through this, I've put together the aspects of communication that make it such an important skill. Such as a conversational tone and the use of hand gestures, which earned me a second-place award at the state competition.I am interested in working in the management field but am not limited to any possible opportunities. I am driven by the desire to be the best at whatever I do. I'm excited about any chance to allow myself to do that and be a potential asset to someone.
