Current-Review talent requirements with department head, assist in finding proper actions to develop and retain talent.-Work closely with Business and Service team on People selection. Clearly understand the requirements of candidate from the business needs.-Build up and lead East recruiting team with 3 Recruiter for SH, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi.-Responsible for the new staff's integration, including New comer orientation.-Hold HR day in center to update new policy.-Drive internal referral program to center director and staff level.-Provide professional suggestions or actions to department head, improving relations between managers and their subordinates, review talent map with department head. Supporting to improve department performance.-Follow up annual performance (KPI) review and monitor action plan based on Department request.-Cooperate with corporate university to provide internal training national wide.-Coordinate with Trade Union for staff benefits and employee relations.-
