First and foremost i have a broad working experience.I do believe I am a hardworking individual who strives for 100% all the time everytime. Starting from a sales advisor and delivering outstanding face to face customer service for many years with the skills I gained from an early age. I then managed to work my way through the management team to becoming assistant manager of a highly appreciated outdoor clothing company gaining and NVQ in retail management and learning management skills I can use throughout my life going forward.Going forward I also have backgrounds in manual labour in which I was employed by respected and hardworking company. I worked along side my employer for several years renovating houses also helping to organising a major project.Over the recent years till present I have been employed by a respectable Electricity distribution company working as a customer service advisor and information coordinator dealing with major operational events on a live network and delivery first class customer service whilst working a 24 hour shift pattern also computer literate. thank you for your time, hope to you from you soon.
