• Full cycle Account Payable including receiving, auditing, coding, and posting vendor invoices • Reconcile vendor accounts monthly to insure accurate and on time payments • Answer inquires into all aspects of accounts payable for both vendors and supervisors • Prepare and process cheque runs • Assist Controller with accruals to ensure accurate costing • Perform other clerical and reception duties as required
