Managed Buildium, an online database and interactive platform for tenants. Included all email correspondence with over 200 tenants, the organization of work orders, and the recording of all financial transactions, charges, and receivables for each individuals’ ledger.

Oversaw advertising strategies for a portfolio of over 150 rental units. Created and maintained all property listings through a range of platforms such as Rentsync, Zumper, UofT Off-Campus Housing, and Buildium. Engaged with prospective tenants and coordinated property viewings for associates.
