With work and school combined, I now have about 7 years of experience in the IT realm. I have learned a lot about corporate IT support, specifically with a background in wholesale internal IT support. I support our hardworking sales people, accountants, HR, and many other colleagues everyday with issues ranging from server support, Microsoft Office support, SAP support, hardware troubleshooting, network issues, etc. Broadly speaking, I handle a lot of other responsibilities that aren't seen by the everyday end user. I help maintain servers and physical infrastructure, including endpoint admin duties ranging from imaging new computers, phones, and iPads, to the actual shipment of computer IT hardware to our various service centers. I maintain, install, and support desktop engravers over the network and even support various credit card readers from Ingenico and SRED. I engage in email administrator duties as well utilizing various Microsoft admin centers to maintain both on-premise and cloud email traffic and accounts.Overall, I have a wide array of experience that I am ready to utilize as I mature into admin roles within the IT field.
