Dylan also works with clients to ensure their portfolio construction is in line with agreed investment strategies.His second role alongside Burrell’s MD, is to co-manage Burrell’s various inhouse investment entities in which clients invest. In particular, Dylan holds a key role in keeping abreast of happenings in international equities and liaising with overseas agents.Dylan joined Burrell in June 2003 as its Finance & Compliance Officer. In that role, he ensured that regulatory obligations were met and that Burrell representatives were adhering to internal policies and procedures. He ensured compliance with Australian Financial Services Licence obligations as well as ASX market rules and other regulatory requirements.Dylan also more recently held the role of training manager to Burrell’s investment advisors, ensuring they kept up to date with their continuing professional development training, in particular their PS146 CPD requirements.With a broad understanding of the Burrell business, both internal and client-facing, Dylan is often Burrell’s ‘go-to’ for advisors and clients alike.
