Create innovative initiatives, rewards, and promotions to attract and retain customers.● Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Media Marketing, Human Resources to achieve internal and external marketing KPIs and create program awareness.● Develop new analytical frameworks, techniques, and predictive models to dive deep into campaign performance, guest behavior, and cross-platform user journeys.● Utilize customer data and analytics to track the performance of the loyalty program. Regularly analyze key metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Make data-driven decisions to enhance the program's effectiveness.● Oversee relationships with external vendors, technology providers, and partners involved in the loyalty program's execution. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.

● Develop short-term and long-term strategies for the Loyalty Club, considering market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.● Lead efforts to acquire new loyalty club members through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, and partnerships. Develop strategies to engage existing members through personalized communication, exclusive offers, and tailored experiences.● Develop and manage the budget for the Loyalty Club program, including expenses related to rewards, marketing, technology, and operational costs. Ensure responsible allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.

● Supports and drives initiatives that drive member enrollment, engagement, and retention on programs to achieve program KPIs.● Drive initiatives that engage employees’ company-wide through events, communications, materials, etc. ● Evaluate programs on an ongoing basis based on feedback from employees and members and make recommendations for continual improvement.

● Works closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic Initiatives provided by Hotel Strategy CoE for hotel operations. ● Responsible for employee engagement of the front desk operations team, utilizing the tools provided and through coaching, training, rewards and development. ● Provides leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations, consistent with the company’s service standards.
