My journey began with a strong foundation in Chemical Process Technology, where I graduated with merit from Singapore Polytechnic. My experiences during my service in the army, where I served as the BUC IC, instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and adaptability. Leading my unit’s KPIs taught me the importance of efficiency and precision, skills that I have since carried into my professional career.After my service, I pursued my undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry at Nanyang Technological University, where I achieved first-class honors. My research on novel organometallic anticancer drug candidates not only earned me recognition but also an offer to pursue a PhD with a scholarship. My passion for scientific inquiry and problem-solving has always driven me, but it was in the semiconductor industry that I truly found my calling.At Onto Innovation, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside industry giants, honing my skills in Metrology and collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. My role has allowed me to develop a unique skill set that blends technical expertise with strong interpersonal communication, making me adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering results.Looking ahead, I am eager to explore new opportunities within the semiconductor industry, particularly in areas like marketing and account management.
