My work experience at KTI has allowed me to learn everything about a business, from the ground up. As an entry-level laboratory and field technician, I became proficient in all the services we provide to our clients. As Operations Manager and Vice President, I have applied my MBA in process improvement, cost reduction, strategic implementation and customer management. I oversaw the development of our current accounting system, our client management database, our sales and marketing strategic plans and our current company structure. In 2009, I developed and oversaw opening branch laboratory locations at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, Ft. Riley, KS and in Wichita, KS.
