I have been in and around the Insurance Restoration and Construction industries for my entire life, and have found quick success as a project manager in the field since receiving my college degree. I graduated from Emporia St. University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business while majoring in Management. Details and communication are my specialties. Unclear communication, and lack of detail are key aspects of failed project management. Emergency Services, and Commercial projects are where I thrive. I have managed a plethora of large-scale disaster projects in my short career already; including multiple High-Rise apartment floods, Hospital floods requiring 24/7 attention in order to not disrupt the healthcare, Government Facility Disasters requiring a more High-Profile approach, and every disaster in-between. I have also personally overseen the Kansas City Area Wells Fargo Emergency Service and Construction contracts for years before moving away from Kansas City temporarily. I have been appointed to multiple positions like that over the years, to include Five Guys, Block Multifamily Group, Price Brothers, and many more directly. I strive to handle any project thrown my way.
