"FUEL - my FUture in Energy & Logistics" is a training program including three Modules. First, 9 months of high level training rotating through Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, and Commercial Departments. Second, 9 months of specialization to a functional role within home country. Third, 6 month international assignment for relevant project experience. HSSE Duties including implementing global initiatives throughout the region, developing operational procedures/checklists, tracking/reporting terminal emissions, and conducting weekly safety meetings for operations teams.

Morgantown, Wv

-Awarded best chemical engineering major project sponsored by DOW Chemical. Project included optimizing a unit producing styrene from ethylbenzene. Both topological and parametrical changes were made to equipment individually as well as with a team to minimize breakeven cost of styrene including capital and operating cost including all related utilities.-Communications department nomination for McConnell Chair Ambassador. A student is given financial support to represent Eberly College to actively pursue improvement of speech communication in West Virginia.

Lemont, Illinois

-Surveyed unit supervisors and their staff on multiple units to uncover missing equipment information to streamline maintenance recording throughout the refinery. -Created easy-to-use checklists lists to enable teams to maintain pumps more efficiently.-Coordinated with environmental department, lab biologists, and LDAR teams in the field.-Redesigned P&ID speciation project resulting in a more thorough records management system.-Left an easy to continue work program that will prevent gaps for future interns.
