Hello, my name is Dylan Hawes and I am a third-year Computer Science major studying at Virginia Tech from Loudoun County, Virginia. Over the last few years, I’ve familiarized myself with Java, Python, and C as programming languages with a lot of focus on data structures and general software engineering. I’ve built up my skills with problem-solving at their core, and I’ve almost always taken the leadership role when working on projects. Recently I’ve also begun taking AWS Cloud practitioner courses in my free time. Above all, my experience has taught me that my best quality is my ability to learn, and I intend to keep learning in everything that I do.
