I was involved in working with Delta Dental's claim app, which was specifically developed to enhance the efficiency of dental insurance claim submissions and management. Within this role, my responsibilities focused on claim creation, updates, and tracking, ensuring a seamless user experience. I conducted comprehensive testing of both the user interface and APIs of the app to ensure its functionality and reliability.

Within my role in US Bank's Money Movement Project, I specialized in Foreign Exchange operations, enabling the efficient transfer of funds to account holders across different countries. These transactions encompassed both individuals and businesses and followed a well-defined process, involving initiating the transfer, debiting the sender's account, performing currency conversion, and depositing the funds into the recipient's account. My main focus was on ensuring the smooth execution of this end-to-end process by conducting comprehensive UI and API testing.

I worked with CVS’s Online Prescription Ordering which is an online platform for prescription ordering and delivery services. I mostly involved in UI automation testing to validate the ordering process, ensure accurate medication selection, verify payment processing, and test order tracking functionalities. The main goal of QA team was to identify any potential issues, such as navigation errors, data inconsistencies, or payment processing failures, ensuring that customers can confidently order and manage their prescriptions through the digital platform.
