Lead Department Manager
CurrentProviding excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.Assisting in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Store Management Team.Assessing the overall presentation of Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action, and executing merchandising display changes where required.Deligatimh, assisting and following up on the completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.Supporting with scheduling as needed.Assigning Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.Participating in the training and development of the Associates, and providing feedback as needed.Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
