The pace of work here was very high but I still made sure that every customer I interacted with felt welcome. I also made sure to give the customer exactly what they wanted when available - offering alternatives when it wasn't possible. During the summer I also worked as a breakfast chef here, as I wanted to improve my skills in the kitchen, I learnt knife skills and improved my general knowledge of cooking from the chefs here.

This role improved my communication skills because sometimes the level of communication required was different.
