I provide a high level of customer service. Using my knowledge of footwear and the differences in customers feet I find the perfect fit for them every time. On top of this I also drive sales by effectively communicating with the customer to find out their wants and needs - forming a connection and enabling them to make valuable purchases which will benefit them.

The pace of work here was very high but I still made sure that every customer I interacted with felt welcome. I also made sure to give the customer exactly what they wanted when available - offering alternatives when it wasn't possible. Working in a hotel I was responsible for the organisation of workspace, the serving of food, upholding health and safety measures or working with colleagues in other departments.I learnt about customer interaction in this job, it was company policy to treat every customer with the utmost care. Something I took on board and achieved a 100% score on a breakfast service with my colleagues. Teamwork was also essential here because the hotel always had many events and goings on along with the usual day-to-day tasks. During the summer I also worked as a breakfast chef here, as I wanted to improve my skills in the kitchen, I learnt knife skills and improved my general knowledge of cooking from the chefs here.

At Papa John's I was tasked with making pizzas at a high rate. After a week I was proficient in this. My other jobs included restocking and also cleaning. I would also take customer orders from time to time.

Jack & Jones was a relaxed retail store. I built good rapport with customers and I was the best in-store for selling jeans.I built up my knowledge of them over time and I could find the perfect fit for men coming in to find jeans. This made their experience at the store memorable. I learnt how to find a customers need and provide the service to meet it.

At Thaikun I learnt how to operate POS interfaces. Thaikun was very fast paced and required lots of focus in order to get orders correct and served promptly.

I enjoyed working with children. Our first priority was always to make sure the children were safe. Asides from that, we made sure they had fun, together. This role improved my communication skills because sometimes the level of communication required was different. Minimising conflict between the children was also a large part of the role - making sure everyone got along even if they weren't the best of friends.
