Uconnect is a sponsorship marketplace that allows brands to discover and sponsor esports and gaming community events at scale. We work with some of the biggest brands in gaming (including Twitch, MSI, HyperX, and Cloud9) and over 300 major universities across North America.Also created the CreatorU program, a student creator program that flies out 8 up and coming student content creators to Twitchcon to level up their content creation skills and network. - Working on the RTS "Dropzone", a 1v1 15 min AAA game published by Gameforge and created by Sparkypants- Created and built the Collegiate Dropzone program from ground up, putting Dropzone in over 60 collegiate esports organizations, becoming one of the most cost efficient and effective user acquisition campaigns run for Dropzone.- Oversaw and executed two vital phases of the collegiate program: community acquisition of collegiate organizations around NA, and a national collegiate tournaments- Created relationships with multiple companies to distribute and/or market Dropzone, including Nerdblock, Matcherino, CSL, and IBUYPOWER- Spoke on Twitch panel on collegiate esports at Twitch's PAX West main stage, as well as a collegiate esports panel at Dreamhack Austin. - Leverage esports professional contacts for international events and exposure- Project manager of multiple content creation projects including Dropzone Academy project, writing and creating content for wiki, video, and written content to assist in on-boarding. - Was the main funnel for multimedia content, including gameplay footage and screenshots for marketing

- Officially recognized Collegiate Organization by Texas A&M, Riot Games, and Blizzard. Texas A&M Esports is considered a premiere collegiate gaming organization in terms of size, quality of programs, and organization in both Texas and the United States. - Built a corporate structure from ground up to manage various branches of the organization including finance, marketing, social media, and public relations, with extensive knowledge of each department, managing over 35 officers. - Grew community from 200 members to over 1600, as well as increasing revenue by 900% over the course of 3.5 years.- Founded a Collegiate Program of competitive teams that have collectively won over $100,000, placing among the top teams in numerous national collegiate tournaments, including for League of Legends: National Azubu Collegiate Star League champions, Riot's NACC Southern Regional Champions, 2nd Place in Ivylol, as well as placing top 8 in Heroes of the Dorm- Was invited to all expenses paid Riot collegiate summit for national collegiate organizers for 3 days in LA at Riot headquarters to contribute management experience as well as learn new skills and network- Utilized statistics pulled from social media polls to analyze price preferences for membership fees for events, demand for a variety event types, and membership demographics - Organized multiple large scale LANs, online and offline social events and tournaments, and a variety of fundraising initiatives to engage the community and increase profits- Implemented multiple social media platforms to reach and engage members from around the world, including Youtube, Twitch, Facebook. and Twitter.- Organization was reported on by various local and state news outlets including the front page of The Battalion, The Eagle, The Houston Chronicle, Dallas Morning News, as well as numerous esports websites such as Collegiate Star League, IPL, and Azubu.- Obtained sponsorships from a variety of companies
