I love to discuss adult learning and develop strategies to make learning an experience rather than another task to check off the to-do list. I analyze training needs, design training initiatives, and deliver engaging learning sessions that meet company goals. To accomplish this, I listen to understand the need for training, collaborate with SMEs to get the right content, and bring the positive energy into every learning initiative. I have had the privilege of approaching learning initiatives from several different angles, to include client product training, internal training, and instructional design.
