I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry since June 2015 and have held various positions including positions in Production and most recently Product Quality. I am heavily focused on growth and development and I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Management and Leadership at East Stroudsburg University. I hope to use this degree to get into the leadership side of the pharmaceutical industry. In my role as a Product Quality Batch Release Manager I have been involved in the creation and implementation of lot release protocols for product launches to the European Union (ANSM) and other international markets. I have worked on process efficiencies which have improved turnaround times on processes that are pertinent to my role.
