The declaration included detailed narratives of the two most recent instances of abuse, along with very brief descriptions of older incidents, and a history of the relationship between the litigant and the abuser. • Other responsibilities include inquiring about further information from the litigants should their initial responses appear to be vague or incomplete. Communication with a backup attorney was also required for proper completion of the paperwork.
