This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain,Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all BlueOrigin facilities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Set up new production work areas, including layouts, tooling, equipment setup, etc.• Assist with the transition from development to production, including the first articles• Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical, fluid, composites, and electrical flighthardware assemblies according to written procedures and engineering models, drawings,specifications, and written procedures• Operate various materials handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aeriallifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations,and other ground support equipment as required• Setup and operate basic calibrated tools including but limited to, torque wrenches,micrometers, calipers• Assist with drill operations, tight tolerance holes, rivet structures, and assemble smallcomponents• Install tubing and harness routing• Assist with vehicle checkouts such as fluid lines leak checks and full vehicle power-onsystem checks• Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support5S, FOD, and ESD• Other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and vision

OLS facilityProcessing scrap and replace and Upsize/DownsizeIdentifying material delivery needs and working them to closure.Able to process BOM changes/redlines in a timely fashion.Have full knowledge of how to make day to day requests like WARE tickets or APR tickets or PSD tickets.Can issue to project and know when this situation is acceptable or not.Maintain "as required" cabinets in multiple work centers and keeps shelf life log up to date daily.Process return to stock items and coordinate with quality to make sure quantities and are correct and work through inaccuracies.Can expedite parts to any work center to ensure customers are getting things that are ordered ASAP and can work with the inventory team to get things delivered in a timely fashion.Can create tickets for inventory ownership transfers to move parts from any facility Blue has to offer. (KENT, OLS,HUNTSVILLE)Can release work orders and select inventory abbreviations and can assign serial numbers and lots when needed.Also can connect released WOs to its appropriate MPX.Create eWOs from tWOs provided, and can assign the correct abbrvs to each tWO.Can kit any WO either mWOs or eWOs and can put them into inventory queues to be set up to be delivered on certain days based on work center needs. Understand warehouse processes and procedures as well as working conditions and can provide realistic timeframes.Have product knowledge in multiple work centers, and have an understanding of how predict work flow through multiple work centers.Can work in, tube shop, weld shop, tanks, GS1 and 2, Avionics, cable harness, sub assembly, and the warehouse if needed.Able to navigate and analyze the history of parts.Have good Costpoint knowledge and can provide research information based on what is needed.Lastly but not limited to communicating effectively in diverse environments using verbal and non verbal communication skills.
