In this role, I am responsible for assisting the Service Project Manager. Along with that, I am also responsible for keeping in contact with customers, following up on quote offers, reading blueprints, assisting with machine building, and much more.

My home department is Pickup, I am responsible for fulfilling and processing online orders. When I work Pickup, I am responsible for shopping for customers who have put orders into the system. I am also responsible for prepping orders to be ready to be delivered to cars car side using a de-staging device known as a "BayMax". When orders are ready to be delivered, I simply take out orders on a cart, verify it is going to the right person, process the order out by using a tablet, and than loading the groceries into customers vehicles. I am also asked to move to departments that are in need of help. Dairy: When I'm asked to move into this department, I am asked to stock, fill milk, and condition the department or in other words "Facing products". Frozen: When I'm asked to move into Frozen, I am responsible for working on pallets that obtain items shipped to the store. When I'm working on Pallets, I simply load Frozen products onto an L-Cart and stock these items in the Frozen section of the Store.
