Hello, my name is Dylan Martin and I am from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I am someone who is always striving to improve myself by learning as much as I can and competing with my former self. By competing against my self I am encouraged to think about ways that I can do things differently to be more efficient or accurate. The sense of achievement that can be felt after working long and hard on something is truly a great feeling and a big part of my why.Before finding employment at Revature, I spent most of my working career as an automotive mechanic. During my time as an automotive mechanic, I developed the ability to be agile with my planning and systematic with my problem solving. Another skill that I developed while working as a mechanic is the ability to communicate with customers.
