• Maintain care of commercial and residential client portfolio• Supervision and management of three lawn and irrigation crews• Complete projects from start to finish, including client scouting, initial bid, total project estimates, and supplier coordination• Communicate with clients to ensure quality and safety standards are exceeded on all projects• Report directly to Director of Landscaping and give weekly project status updates
