As an employee at Publixs, my role would involve Assisting the different departments in doing their roles like helping the meat cutters as well as going in washing the floors and sweeping. All while making sure I made the shelves clean and the people looking for things understanding of their locations.Customer Service: It was mostly helping people around the store making sure they can find what they need and giving a smile to know they feel welcomeTruck unloading: It would consist of me going back into the truck dock and unloading pallets using a hand lift to place them into different fridges around the areas.
