I love the challenge of working with others to design and optimize products. The feeling I get when I've successfully resolved a client's concerns either by creating or enhancing a product, or resolving any issue they might be facing with a product, is what drives me in my career.By gathering feedback from all relevant stakeholders, guiding product creation from concept to completion, and then establishing a product as a valuable and familiar tool in the daily workflow of clients, I have been a genuine asset to the many teams I have worked with. I truly enjoy digging into client problems and solving them thoroughly and quickly---building a personal relationship with my colleagues, both internal and external to my company, has been, in my experience, the key to getting things done in a way that meets everyone's needs. I believe and have experienced that the client must be at the center of any company's concern, and I try to embody this attitude in how I treat clients and in what I build and maintain for them.I stay calm in high-pressure situations, and always strive to be a high point in the day of those with whom I work.
