Provide assistance and support for all the following offices: Admissions, Housing/ Residence Life, Student Conduct, Testing, Tutoring Services, Career Services, Intramural Sports and Recreation, Student Health Services, Counseling Services, and Student Programs and Activities.Serve as the primary Workday expert within the Student Engagement Division and help provide assistance and oversight for the software. Manage and utilize the other software in the division such as: Constant Contact, Concept 3D Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Maxient, SUNY, and StarRez.Manage partnerships between the Student Engagement Office and other areas on campus. This has involved collaboration with Financial Aid, Information Technology, Academic Affairs, Alumni Affairs, Finance, and Maintenance. Worked closely with the pilot ESports program at the UAM as an additional support resource on campus.Served on the following committees: Homecoming Committee, Wellness Committee, TRIO Upward Bound Grant Committee, TRIO Student Support Services Grant Committee, Tree USA and Arbor Day Committee, Staff Excellence Awards Committee, Orientation Committee, Student Enrollment Committee, and Commencement Committee.

Oversee the University of Arkansas at Monticello's Center for College and Career Readiness. After my time as a VISTA at UAM, I moved up to a supervisory and director role for the project. The project continued to provide assistance to 13 High Schools in Southeast Arkansas. This project provided indirect service to low-income students in these 13 schools through the development of college/ career readiness initiatives and materials that could be shared with all 13 schools. The schools were then able to use this information to replicate "College and Career Readiness" nights or days for the students.

Currently serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the University of Arkansas in the UAM Center for College and Career Readiness. My role as a VISTA focuses on helping to bridge the gap between high school and college for 13 schools in Southeast Arkansas to help raise the overall level of college attainment in the region. I primarily work with the counselors and career coaches in the schools I serve to indirectly impact the students found in this region and to better equip educators with the tools needed to send students to college.
