Current• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in sport or activity.• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.• Assist athletes and help find the right fit for them.• Organize and keep the sales floor looking presentable and ensure it is easy for customers to find specific items.• Analyzed merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing and signing execution, etc. to ensure established presentation standards are met and maintained.• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, credit card enrollment, etc.• Ability to display knowledge of current products to aid customers.• Perform club repairs for customers i.e. re-grip clubs, re-shaft clubs, loft and lie adjustments, etc.• Begin vendor repair orders for customers directly through manufactures and contact manufactures directly.• Manage workflow for all customer services including establishing turn-around times to meet customer's needs.• Manage golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage.• Organize tools needed for repair jobs and ensure a proper number of supplies for future repairs.
