Responsible for the directing and coordinating of all daily radio station operations;Plan and oversee the on-air experience of the station, including tone, programming, production, sound & theme, website, online presence, and social media. I also plan each day's radio programming and provide the DJ direction on content.Along with the other duties, I direct and monitor station’s programming and activities in conformance with FCC rules and regulations, company policy. Ensuring that my team reviews and approve all commercial and paid programming content.Attract and grow audience share, ratings, and revenue; one way to do so is by coordinating programming and sales staff to plan and execute marketing, promotions, events, and other campaigns. Working with the sales team to ensure appropriate programming fits for the client, station, and audience; all which is key in keeping a uniformed environment.Identify, recruit, manage, and coach on air talent and producers. (eg., frequent listening/aircheck sessions with on air talent). I also schedule staff for on-air shifts, remotes, and appearances.Protect the station license.

I was in charge with managing the production department. I was responsible for everything including station imaging and commercial production. I learned the skills necessary to hone this craft through years of on-the-job training. I was responsible for ensuring the effective work flow of all assignments from start to finish.
